West Virginia's Division of Infectious Disease Epidemiology (DIDE) maintains influenza surveillance data for the entire state.  DIDE tracks influenza-like illness, flu laboratory data, and flu related hospitalizations and deaths. This information is available to the public.

Information on vaccine distribution by jurisdiction is updated weekly by the WV Immunization Program.  This data reflects doses distributed by West Virginia local health jurisdiction.  It includes doses distributed to any entity within the jurisdiction—local health departments, hospitals, provider offices, etc.
